Koga / Seal Engraving Museum
In 1991, an elegant building built in the Taisho era was renovated to preserve the atmosphere of the time, and opened as Japan's first art museum specializing in seal carving.
Seal engraving is a calligraphy art that has a history dating back to China, and here we mainly exhibit the works of the late Koga City native Ishika.
The quaint buildings that give you a Taisho era feel and the seal carving experience are popular.
It is one of the few museums in Japan that specializes in seal engraving, so why not stop by when you are in Koga City?
