Regarding delivery
After confirming your purchase, we will arrange for shipping. The artist will personally pack and ship the work with gratitude, and deliver it to your home. In addition, all works listed on FROM ARTIST are free shipping, so you can purchase with confidence.
*We regret to inform you that customers purchasing from outside of Japan are not eligible for free shipping. (Items will be shipped cash on delivery.) Please be aware of this in advance.
Packaging Information
The artist will pack the artwork by hand. In order to ensure the safety of the artwork, we will handle the packaging responsibly according to the manual created by our company.
About Shipping
The delivery company will deliver the item safely to your home. In addition, our customer center will send you an email with a tracking number to confirm the delivery status. Please check the email regularly.
Regarding arrival time
It will take about 1 to 2 weeks from purchase completion to arrival. However, this may not be the case depending on the impact of natural disasters or the situation of the shipping company. We will provide you with appropriate information so that you can use the service with peace of mind.
Returns Policy
If the artwork you received is incorrectly shipped or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return. Please send the artwork back within 7 days of receiving the return notification. Once we have confirmed the arrival of the artwork, we will process your refund within 7 days.
For customers outside Japan
If you purchase a work from outside of Japan, it may take longer than usual for it to arrive. Some artists are unable to ship overseas, so we may have to cancel your purchase. Please note that we will send the item to you cash on delivery.
