Regarding delivery
Once your purchase is confirmed, we will arrange for shipping. The artist will personally pack and ship the artwork with gratitude, and deliver it to your home. All artworks featured on FROM ARTIST are shipped free of charge, so you can purchase with confidence.
*As of June 1, 2025, shipping fees will be revised to a flat rate of 1,000 yen. Thank you for your understanding. Also, if you register with our official LINE account, you can use the free shipping coupon as many times as you like. Please register below and take advantage of it.

About packaging
The artist will pack the artwork by hand. To ensure the safety of the artwork, we will handle the packaging responsibly according to our company's manual.
About Shipping
The shipping company will deliver your package safely to your home. In addition, our customer center will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to let you know the status of your delivery. Please check the details of the email at any time.
Regarding the time it takes for delivery
It will take approximately one to two weeks from the completion of purchase until delivery. However, this may not be possible depending on the impact of natural disasters or the situation of the shipping company. We will provide you with appropriate information so that you can use our service with peace of mind.
Returns Policy
If the artwork you received is incorrectly shipped or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return. Please send the artwork back within 7 days of receiving your return notification. Once we have confirmed the arrival of the artwork, we will process your refund within 7 days.
For customers outside Japan
If you purchase a work from outside of Japan, it may take longer than usual for it to arrive. Some artists are unable to ship overseas, so we may have to cancel your purchase. Please also note that shipping charges will be sent cash on delivery.
