The 4th Japan Art Journey in Ginza, visiting all 47 prefectures

It has been decided that the event will be held! 🥳✨

This special exhibition

The first event will be held at the Tsukuba Museum of Art, a contemporary art museum in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture.

The second event will be held at Saitama Kaikan, a mecca for art in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture.

The third event was held at the Hiratsuka Museum of Art in Hiratsuka, Kanagawa Prefecture.

Both events ended on a high note.

And the fourth event will be held in Ginza, Tokyo.

It has been decided that the event will be held at Ginza Yokyo Hall.

FROM ARTIST usually works mainly online,

We will create opportunities for people all over the country to see the works in person,

I wanted to convey the appeal of the work even more, so I planned this event.

This special exhibition will be free of admission fees.

The Grand Prize will be decided by the votes of the visitors.

[Special Exhibition Overview]

Exhibition name: 4th Japan Art Journey in Ginza, visiting all 47 prefectures

Event period: July 19th (Sat) - July 20th (Sun), 2025

Venue: Ginza Yokyo Hall

Access: Gallery Center Building 6F, 6-3-2 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo (2-minute walk from Ginza Station on the subway, conveniently located right next to Tokyu Plaza Ginza!)

Opening hours: 10:00-18:00

*Opens at 13:00 on the first day and closes at 15:00 on the last day.

Admission fee: Free

[Artist Application Guidelines]

Recruitment period: April 7th (Monday) - June 30th (Monday), 2025

*If the maximum number of participants is reached, the event may end early.

Number of entries: First 100

Eligibility:

・Those who are able to carry their works to and from the venue themselves (you can delegate this to a friend, but exhibition work is optional, and works cannot be received by mail at the venue). Delivery time is 10:00-12:00 on the 19th, and removal time is 15:00-18:00 on the 20th.

・Watercolor, oil painting, acrylic, photographic works, etc.

・Anyone who can process, send, and return within Japan (regardless of age or nationality)

・Works created by yourself

Participation fee: 7,500 yen per work, +7,500 yen for each subsequent work

*Up to 5 works per person

* After submitting the application form, please purchase participation tickets according to the number of exhibits you wish to exhibit using the link provided in the automatic reply email. Once your purchase is complete, please let us know by sending us a LINE message that your purchase is complete. Please make payment within 14 days of receiving the notification. After we confirm your payment, we will send you a work and artist registration form specifically for this exhibition.

Size of work: 20 or less (work size)

Regarding sales of exhibited works: Works at this exhibition will be sold by pre-order. If there are customers who wish to purchase on-site, they can purchase through FROM ARTIST, and the artist will ship the work after the exhibition ends. If a work is purchased, we ask that you pay 20% of the price.

Works not for sale can also be exhibited. After applying, please indicate this when registering your exhibit work.

*The artworks and frames will be handled with the utmost care during the exhibition and while in storage, but the organizers will not be held responsible for any damage caused by force majeure.

*Works that have been published in other contests can also be submitted.

*Works that may infringe copyright (AI art, fan art, etc.) cannot be exhibited.

*We will not accept works that may stink, decay, or be damaged, or that may infest animals, plants, or pests.

*Works that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals will not be accepted.

*Please bear the cost of loading and unloading yourself.

*Once exhibited, works cannot be removed until the end of the exhibition period. (However, they may be removed at the discretion of the organizers.)

*Please refrain from using glass panels in picture frames, etc. as the glass may break during shipping.

*Please attach a string for hanging on the wall to your exhibited works.

*The exhibited works will be introduced in various FROM ARTIST media.

*Artworks at this exhibition will be sold by pre-order. If you would like to purchase on-site, please purchase through FROM ARTIST, and the artist will ship the work to you after the exhibition ends.

*Your work will remain featured in FROM ARTIST even after the exhibition has ended. (If you do not wish to be featured, please contact us separately.)

*If you purchase a work from FROM ARTIST after the exhibition has ended, we ask that you pay 20% of the price.

*The works submitted this time will only be exhibited at the Ginza exhibition. For exhibitions held at other art museums or galleries, a separate application is required.

*In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, application information will be managed by the organizer and will not be used for any purpose other than running this project.
