Thank you for always using FROM ARTIST .
Starting June 1st , we will be changing our shipping rules as follows:
Changes
・Currently: Free shipping on all items
・From June 1st : Nationwide shipping fee will be changed to 1,000 yen
However, we will distribute "free shipping coupons that can be used any number of times" to customers who are registered with our official LINE account. ( Customers will still receive free shipping !
Objectives and Background
・We would like to develop FROM ARTIST into a platform where you can enjoy art on a daily basis, rather than just a one-time purchase site.
We hope to maintain continuous contact with our customers through our official LINE account , strengthen LINE -exclusive projects and campaigns, provide opportunities for customers to experience the appeal of artists' works on a daily basis, and ultimately encourage them to purchase their works.
First of all, we hope that by offering a free shipping coupon as a special benefit, we can encourage customers to register on our official LINE account and take the first step in connecting with FROM ARTIST .
What I would like to ask of all the artists
・There is nothing special you need to do. Please continue to register your work at the price including shipping. ( In the unlikely event that the customer has to pay additional shipping fees, we will deduct the handling fee from the total amount (product price plus shipping fees ) and pay the artist the remaining amount.
・The secretariat will handle site notation and setting changes, but please let us know if you notice anything.
