[Work title] Border
[Artist name] Yuichi Nakata
[Year of production] 2022
[Artwork orientation and size] Height 65.2cm, width 80.3cm
[Framed] No
Description of the work:
This is a work called Borderline.
I think the world is made up of black, white, and gray.
White is good and black is evil
There is always evil lurking within good, and there are those who perceive good actions as evil.
And likewise with evil, an evil act can be good for someone.
And perhaps half of the world's population is in a gray area that doesn't fit into either category.
I drew a picture based on what I have learned from my life and experiences.
This will be my first work.
I'm sure there are some shortcomings, but I appreciate your help.

4. How to coordinate art and interior design
living room
The living room is a space where family and guests gather. A large piece of art can act as a focal point for the room. For example, choosing a monochrome abstract painting can create a modern feel.
Bedroom
Relaxing art is recommended for the bedroom: abstract paintings in soft colors and botanical artwork depicting nature create a calming atmosphere.
Dining Room
Dining rooms benefit from visually appealing art, such as vibrant abstract paintings.
5. How to choose art and what to look out for when purchasing
Know your tastes: The most important thing is to choose artwork that suits your sensibilities. Visit galleries, art fairs, and online galleries to see a wide range of artwork and find the pieces that interest you.
Size and Frame: Before purchasing, check the size of the space where you will be displaying the artwork. Choosing the right frame is also important. A simple frame will enhance the artwork without ruining the hotel-like atmosphere.
Art Care: After purchase, hang your artwork in a place that is protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Gently clean the surface to protect it from dust and dirt. Regular cleaning will help keep your artwork looking beautiful for years to come.
6. Summary
Art that suits a hotel-like interior is an important element that adds a sense of luxury and individuality to the space. Find a piece that suits your taste from a wide range of options, including abstract, monochrome, and botanical art. With proper coordination and care, you can create a special space every day.
