Hirosaki / Hirosaki Brick Warehouse Museum

In 2020, the former Hirosaki City Yoshinocho Brick Warehouse was renovated and opened with the aim of becoming a hub for regional cultural creation.

The collection collects and exhibits a wide range of works by artists connected to Hirosaki and outstanding works from Japan and abroad.

In past exhibitions, we have held exhibitions featuring works with the motif of apples, which are a specialty of Aomori, and we are focusing not only on paintings but also on spatial art.

The exterior is made of brick and has a stylish atmosphere, and in addition to many exhibition rooms, there is a cafe where you can eat apple pie and a shop that sells original goods.

It's still a new museum, and it's close to the station, so it's a must-see when you're in Aomori.
