Dear members of FROM ARTIST,

Dear art lovers,

How are you doing?

At this time of year, when the temperature changes greatly,

The autonomic nervous system works excessively to regulate body temperature,

A symptom called ``temperature difference fatigue'' that causes fatigue

It seems that many people have it😢

So this time...

It seems like it will blow away the vicious cycle of the change of seasons.

We have collected art works that will warm your heart!

[Title of work] Sauna Mojamoja

[Artist name] Yutaka Abe

[Year of production] 2022

[Orientation and size of the work] Horizontal length 29cm x width 35cm x height 2cm (size including eight incisors)

[With or without a frame] Yes

Description of the work:

My craze is the sauna. In Japan, saunas still have an image of being reserved for old men, but in Northern Europe, I came up with the idea for this work after seeing men and women of all ages enjoying them in their swimsuits and clothes. While saying that, I brought a shaggy old man to the front. As a business owner, I feel disqualified and immoral, thinking that no one would buy a work like this, but as an artist, I enjoyed painting this work.
The animals are watching from outside, wondering what they're doing. Penguin enjoys swimming in the lake without sauna. The white-haired man in the foreground works that short-term part-time job in the winter. You can hide it with a hat.
Pen and watercolor (analog); original painting

[Work title] #0079 Life

[Artist name] Tetsuya Suzuki

[Year of production] 2023

[Work orientation/size] Square height 80.3cm x width 80.3cm

[With or without a frame] None

Description of the work:

The common motifs in all my works are the internal organs of the human body, such as the heart and cells. Since I was a child, I wasn't physically strong, so I think that's why I chose this motif. I know the shape and color of the heart and internal organs in my body, but I deformed them in my own way and used colorful primary colors. The organs of the human body are extremely important for maintaining our lives, but we tend to forget about them. Through my work, I want to deliver works that make viewers feel happy and make them realize even just a little bit about the preciousness of life and the miracle of being able to live in this world.
