Hello❕✨
We are the management office of "#fromartist", where you can find your favorite works from artists all over Japan.
This time, we are featuring works of "texture art that makes you want to touch it."
When you experience art, sometimes it’s not just your eyes that are interested in it.
There are times when I can't help but feel the piece with my fingers☺️
You're not actually allowed to touch it
If it's a work of texture art...
The beauty of the surface makes you want to touch it...
Surely I'm not the only one who feels this urge.
I have selected some of the works featured in FROM ARTIST.
"Texture art that makes you want to touch it"
I collected some works.

[Title] Sounds of the Sea Bed
[Artist name] _m_art
[Production year] 2024
[Orientation and size of artwork] Portrait 27cm x 22cm
[Framed or not] No
Description of the work:
Stretched canvas with paper paste, acrylic paint, glitter, lacquer spray, and surface protectant. Signed and hanging hardware on the back.
Listen to the sounds of the ocean floor
The deep blue to light blue gradation, the sparkling seawater, the gold color and the uneven texture create a work with a strong presence. It has a strong three-dimensional feel, so shadows and depth appear depending on how the light hits it. I hope you can feel the beauty of the original painting that is not found in the poster.
The deep sea has an image of being quiet, but it is actually a symphony hall where various sounds of the Earth overlap and resonate with each other, including the cries of fish and marine life, sounds created by natural phenomena such as undersea earthquakes and typhoons, and human-made noises such as the sounds of ships and undersea construction work.

Why not take a break from your everyday routine and imagine what sounds can be heard on the ocean floor and what the deep sea world is like?
Although there are mounting brackets on the back, they can be displayed either upside down, so please enjoy the stones as interior decoration in whichever direction you prefer depending on your mood.
There are hooks on both sides of the back for threading a string through. It is very light, so you can hang it with just a thumb tack or a hook.
<Notes>
-Colors may appear slightly different depending on your computer or mobile phone.
・If the piece has uneven surfaces, it may be chipped if it is dropped hard or rubbed. Although some pieces are treated with surface protection materials, cracks may appear over time. We hope you will understand that this is the character of the piece and the beauty of aging.
-Storing in direct sunlight may cause discoloration or deterioration.
・We hope you understand that each item is handmade, and has been created with care and time.
・Copyright of the work belongs to the creator. Please refrain from copying or using it for commercial purposes without permission.

[Framed or not] No
Description of the work:
He has always walked looking straight ahead.
He never looked back, he just kept moving forward.
One day, I suddenly looked back and was surprised at the appearance of my tail.
Some were beautiful and of an indescribable color, but some were dirty or broken in the middle.
But he continued on without noticing the pain.
He looked at his own cord and thought.
``How beautiful.''
I'm very proud."
What colour tail will I have from now on?
I'm looking forward to that too.
I use acrylic paint and medium on canvas to create a unique texture.
