I was born in Tokyo in 1955. A common motif in my work is the dragon. I've been interested in dragons since I was a child, but I wasn't good at art, and I hadn't drawn a picture of a dragon or anything like that since my high school art class. However, I think I had a subconscious desire to "draw a dragon." Now, well over 60 years old, I feel like a small opportunity has awakened me to the idea of ​​"doing what I love, the way I love." I would be delighted if people who see my dragon paintings feel their hidden desire for self-realization increase!
