時間や現象は常に移ろい、月が空を移動していくように、二度と同じ瞬間にとどまることはない。しかし、そうした時間の経過や変化は、日常の中ではしばしば「過去」として一括りに整理され、滑らかな記憶の中に綺麗に収められてしまう。 鮮烈な赤や奥深い緑、青の層の上に、黄色の円と書の線が不均一に交差するこの画面は、そうした移ろいの途中で生じる衝突や干渉の瞬間を留めている。予期せぬ場所から要素が現れ、互いに干渉し合うその不揃いな出合いは、時間の移動とともに消し去られていくはずの歪みや痕跡そのものである。 通過して消えるはずだった一瞬の交差を、整理された記憶へと流し去るのではなく、不揃いな層と線として画面に定着させること。消えゆく移動の途中に確かに存在した摩擦の痕跡を、そのまま存在させるためにこの画面は構築されています。
