後ろを振り向くことはなく、ただひたすら進んできたのだ。
ある日、ふと後ろを振り返り自分の尾の姿に驚いた。
何色とも言えない美しいもあったが、汚れた色や途中で折れているものもあった。
しかし痛みにも気づかず進んでいたのだ。
彼は自分の緒を見て思った。
『なんて美しいのだろう。
とても誇らしい。」
これから、自分がどんな色の尾を付けていくのか？
それもまた楽しみになった。
