Description of the work:
Looking out at the blue Okinawan ocean from your hotel room. The view is so clear that you can't tell the difference between inside and outside. The view stays in your mind forever, making it hard to leave.
The blue of the ocean is projected into the room, creating a mysterious space where the boundary between the inside and outside is unclear. The emotions of the people are reflected in the space.
This is a work that was selected for the Modern Japan Art Association Exhibition held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum in Ueno in November 2023.
