I have tried to replicate this painting using as much of Renoir's techniques as I have been able to find.
*The material of this piece is plywood.
In order to reproduce the skin tones of Renoir's portraits as closely as possible, I decided to copy them not on canvas but on a plywood panel, which makes it easier to smooth the surface.
