Description of the work:
I had a strong feeling that I had to paint on a neatly pasted square canvas.
For me, who has always based my work on the idea that drawing = creating, the main part of my work has been combining canvases that I have cut myself with wood that I have cut myself.
But my traditional support was,
It was not a "typical" shape, but rather an irregular one, made of roughly cut canvas and wood roughly assembled together.
It wasn't "common."
But they are,
This holds great significance for me, as I have not been able to successfully develop myself within the framework of society.
However, art also exists within society.
So I pasted pieces of my work onto an existing piece of pasted canvas.
This is a challenge to me in painting.
