As you walk along Vung Tau's back beach from east to west, rescue jet skis are set up at regular intervals. A black and white puppy was taking a nap in the shadow of one of the jet skis. As I passed by, the puppy seemed to be awakened by a strange smell, and ran to the beach and began to restrain me as I approached.
