この作品は、人の心の中を「形」と「色」で表現しています。
顔や体は一つの人物ですが、よく見るとたくさんのパーツに分かれていて、感情や考えが複雑に重なっている様子を表しています。 はっきりした形の部分と、細かい線や模様の部分を組み合わせることで、「見えている自分」と「内側にある自分」の違いを表現しました。
また、背景の重なった紙のような表現は、記憶や経験が積み重なっていくイメージです。 この作品を通して、人の内面は一つではなく、さまざまな要素が重なってできていることを伝えたいと思いました。
