氷と雪で覆われたマッターホルンの立体の写実絵画。アルプスの女王と呼ばれ、スイスとイタリアの国境にある標高4,478m、世界で最も人気のある山です。作品のリッフェル湖からの眺めは最も美しい光景。銀色に輝く氷壁、青い空に突き上げた頂きや雪の山波などは荘厳的。 裾野や湖の周りが雪に覆われた白の世界。氷壁の銀色は、堅実に現状を維持、才能を引き出して開花してくれる色です。
