Description of the work:
When I went to a nearby zoo with my children, I was captivated by the vividness, strength and presence of a Satsuma chicken in a aviary that I usually pass by without noticing, and I felt the need to paint it.
My eldest son was being bullied and ended up exploding at home, so while the whole family was exhausted, I painted this picture as an outlet for my own emotions, letting my emotions take over.
An acquaintance suggested that I try entering my work in the Shinkozo Exhibition, so I entered my work in a public exhibition for the first time in my life, and it was selected and I was recommended as a member of the association.
