この作品は、混乱の中で行われる生きとし生けるものの生の営みとその中で生じる（見出される）秩序の関係を描いています。混乱と秩序、静と動、陰と陽、funnyとserious。止揚はこれらの対立を昇華させます。止揚は岡本太郎が言う対局主義とも通じる考え方であると作者は考えます。右下の黒い渦は生物界における混乱を、左上の日輪は混乱の中に見出される共鳴した黎明を表しています。
